Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
How we use and share information
- We use your information only to respond to you, provide services you request, and keep the site secure.
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, spam protection) and our email providers (delivery of contact-form messages and business email).
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
International transfers
We are a US company that serves clients internationally, and our team may access enquiries from outside the United States. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact unless they become part of a client engagement, in which case contract and legal record-keeping periods apply. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, multi-factor authentication on our accounts and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send credentials or sensitive vulnerability details through the contact form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (contact form), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (logs and spam protection).
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top of this page.
